Indigo Kelleigh: Illustrator-at-Large
Howdy!

I'm an illustrator and designer living in Portland, OR. All of my work is created by hand, often incorporating digital elements and traditional pen & ink work. Lunarbistro.com has been my primary online blog since about 2005. It recently underwent a facelift in 2010, shifting its focus onto my portfolio of illustration work, and making the blog secondary. It is also home to a store featuring editions of various artwork, apparel, and comics which I've had produced.

My illustration work primarily lands toward the cartoony side of illustration. My black and white work tends to be heavily textured with layered use of hatching and stippling, and my color work is usually created digitally using Photoshop, Illustrator or Painter (whichever makes the most sense). I try to imbue a sense of fun into all of my work, even the creepy pieces. I've also begun drawing more on antique typographical and design influences, as I've become more familiar with Victorian-era design and printing techniques.
